PreMAC, Inc. employs experienced valve service technicians that can diagnose and repair valve and actuator related problems. We specialize in repairing, testing, and certifying Swing Check Valves, Piston Checks, Ball Valves, Ball Check Valves, Production Type Valves (Gate Valves), Pipeline Valves (6-D), Gate Valves (OS&Y Type), Butterfly Valves, High-Performance Butterfly Valves, Orbit Valves, and Plug Valves. Our valve technicians have over 80 years of combined experience in servicing the Permian Basin.

Critical service and safety relief valves are a specialty of our service department. All Premac valve service technicians have received basic and advanced safety training through programs from West Texas Training Center. We are a D.O.T. drug/alcohol compliant company. We are also a member of ISNetworld # 400-155409.

PreMAC, Inc. has several fully equipped service trucks as well as mobile field repair units that can be brought on-site for turnarounds and scheduled outages. Our field repair units are equipped with lathes, mills, welders, compressors, generators, and sand blasting capabilities.

We repair all brands and sizes of safety relief valves. Our Valve Repair or VR Stamp covers both Shop and Field Repair. Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that your plant/field is kept up and running. We also build ESD (Emergency Shut Down) systems.

PreMAC, Inc. is an authorized service shop for Bettis, Rotork, Taylor Valve Technology, Milton Roy, Clark-Reliance and many others. We assemble, calibrate, and repair actuators, valves, chemical metering pumps, pressure switches, miscellaneous gauges, etc.

We can mount our actuators to any brand of valve. We custom fabricate brackets and couplers to ensure proper fit and we test and calibrate all our actuator packages before delivering to your site.
